Quinten J. Washington, CCM is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Quintessential Construction Managers, Engineers & Consultants, LLC (Quintessential LLC), He has over 25 years of U.S. and international experience involving engineering and construction, contract disputes, project management, project development, and construction management. He is an expert in schedule delay analysis, having prepared numerous CPM schedule analyses and construction claims evaluations.

Before associating with Quintessential LLC, Mr. Washington was Senior Vice President of Construction Management Services with Intelligent Information Technology Solutions LLC's District of Columbia office. He is a former Senior Project Manager with Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall; Senior Project Controls Manager with Black & Veatch Pritchard; Project Controls Manager with BE&K Construction Company; Deputy Business Manager with the Super Conducting Super Collider Laboratory; Cost & Scheduling Supervisor with John Brown E&C; and Senior Project Scheduler with Fluor-Daniel.

Mr. Washington is a graduate of California State University at Northridge with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, is one of more than 1,000 certified construction managers worldwide, certified by the Construction Management Association of America, and has been a presenter of project scheduling and construction management topics at industry forums and seminars.
