Quintessential Construction Managers, Engineers & Consultants, LLC is located in the heart of the "Golden Triangle" section of Washington DC, NW. This area is Washington's fastest growing business district. The Golden Triangle - Washington, DC's Central Business District - is a bustling business neighborhood of shops, restaurants, hotels, and hot spots. It's where you'll find places to eat and places to stay. The Golden Triangle neighborhood extends 42 blocks from the White House to Dupont Circle and 16th Street, NW to 21st Street, NW. It is the place to be in Washington, DC. Our office is located in the newly renovated Blake Building which is centrally located on Connecticut Avenue between K and L Street NW, a few blocks north of the White House, across the street from fine dining establishments like Morton's of Chicago, and right above the Farragut North Metro Station (red line). The Farragut West Metro Station (blue and orange lines) are located a block away just across the park - use the 17th Street exit. The largest luxury Washington DC hotel, Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, is located one block away from the building on Connecticut Avenue NW. McCormick & Schmick's restaurant is located a block away from the building on K Street NW. The 12-story Blake Building was built in 1970. The building's main lobby, common lobbies, rest rooms and elevators were renovated in 2000, providing an elegant and powerful atmosphere. There are larhe floorplates with an expansive windowline on the building's Connecticut Avenue and L Street exterior.
A photo ID is required when entering the building. Parking is available in the building's underground parking garage, which opens daily 6:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Daily parking costs $15.00 (as of January 1, 2007). Several additional parking garages are available within easy walking distance. |
